There isn't a TSB for a door handle problem.

All of the "known" TSBs are in the TSB sticky.

Wow, funny to see this being reported by so many people - noticed it on a car on the LOT yesterday...one marked with a "SOLD" sign on it. Guess this person will have an early issue to deal with.

What I'm wondering about is that if it's a widespread problem, will fixing it under warranty really fix it? Or will the replacement part just exhibit the same problem a few more clicks down the road?
Had a similar problem with a Probe years back. The spring in the mechanism came off and a part of the mechanism hit the outer door. From the inside. Leaving an outward dent and a crack in the paint. Happened on both sides.

By the way the Probe was made in the same plant as the Mustang is. Wonder if it's a similar mechanism.

They fixed it and painted the spot, you could never tell anything happened. It never happened again after their fix. Don't know the details of this TSB, but I'd guess they'll get it right after fixing it.

The TSB is for the front end "popping". As of yet there is no TSB for the door handle.

Wow. I just noticed mine last week on the passenger side. Living in Miami I just thought some jerk janked on it. Glad, in a good way, to hear its not only mine. I'll take it in for the front end and get this done too. 8000 miles

Different door handle problem here. The drivers handle seems very tight, as in it pops the door with very little movement. The pass side has a little play (1/8 in or so) When I unlock with key or remote I sometimes have to open the pass door and reach in to open the drivers door. Its like the drivers handle is not catching the release mechanism, it just pulls out like the door is locked. Calling the dealer today.

I just discovered the same problem with the driver's side door handle.
Does anyone know the TSB number for that particular problem? I am taking it to the dealer Friday and that and a rear end whinning problem and wanted to have information for them.

They replaced the door lock actuator on mine. Although the actuator work all of the time I think during the replacement they adjusted the rods. The door handle has same play as passenger side now. Lets hope the tire replacement fixes the vibration then I'm good to go.

I'm joining the handle club. I thought it was me that broke it when I tried opening the door when it was locked. If I let it go quickly it will reseat flush, but what an annoyance. I tried a little 3-1 oil becuase I thought the grease just wasn't getting it done in the cold weather. Another trip to the dealer for another free repair, this keeps up and their gonna ban me.

Or you could just bill them for all the time you've wasted having to haul this product in over and over again.

Mine has just begun to stay out slightly too. I does appear to be a weak spring sort of thing to me. My dealer will be getting a call on this too.

To add to the body count, my 9 month old car developed this problem a couple months ago on the driver's side. Seems to be a function of how often it gets used, as the passenger's handle (which isn't opened much) is fine.
Anyway, I take it in to the dealer in 10 days for replacement - they had to order it. I assume Ford, if they're tracking the frequency of problems, is searching for a new supplier for the handles if they are developing problems with this kind of frequency.

Yah but we checked their system when I was there and no TSB about it ? so I said lots of people are haveing this problem and apparently I am the first one to have it here, so I made a mention as I was surveyed right after from Ford on my dealer service etc.
