Hi, its been awhile since ive been on this forum. A very good opertunity has come for me to pick up a 2009 Mustang (Not a 2010, but still ), which would be almost an even trade for the 2007 Mustang I currently own. The '07 is stock and I am debating whether or not to act on this.

Both are/would be GT manuals, my question is what changes occured between 2007 and 2009, both on paper and "off-paper" between the vehicles?

Wouldn't you have to wait for the '09 car to become available before comparing it to the '07 car? Say, around September this year?

 

Up to my knowledge, the 2009 Premium GT model will have

- Glass roof (optional)
- 45th anniversary badge on the fenders
- Ambient lighting

 

2009 MY Job1 will start by May 27 so it should be at the dealers by June..

 

True, but i was just wondering if anyone had any information right now that they were aware of for the '09. I am also curious as to the differences between the '07 and '08 because i assume that many of those changes will be carried over to the '09 as well. Thanks.

Yes the 08s have ambient lighting.

 

it will have the ratcheting seatbelt holder on the B pillar.... i can tell you that....
