Stay away from day Ford in Pittsburgh they are some of the biggest crooks in the area. Try shults, Tom clark, Mccrackin but donot go to Day. High markups on all 05 stangs and ebay listings of price over invoice.

I will vouch for Tom Clark Ford. I had a great experience buying from them. They called back quickly and answered everthing I asked. And accepted X-plan. No hassle. However, they would not offer much for a trade-in. So I kept my old car too.

Add Woltz and Wind ford to the list of great dealers in Pittsburgh. They bent over backwards for me so I could get the car off the lot ASAP.

I got my last mustang at McCrackin and liked their service, but they wanted $3,000 over invoice for the 05 2.5 weeks ago when I was buying and would not budge. McCrackin gets a big :notnice: from me right now.

Thats funny about McCrakin. When I called them in Oct, they told me the Mustang was delayed until January 05. Not only that, but I think McCrakin is part of the local Mustang Club.

I passed by Woltz this weekend, and saw my exact car sitting on the lot.

Here are some things I learned about Pittsburgh area delers so far.

Both Washington Ford and Moon Township Ford told me over the phone that test drives were not an issue - but when I go there - they slammed the door on the test drive request.

And you should have seen the look on the ladies face at Moon Township Ford - when I told her that I WILL NOT buy a Mustang without a test drive - she gave me this look like I was trying to sell her some crack and a stolen baby!!!

She went on about how they care about the customer and don't want to give test drives so they can keep the miles down. But they bought a fully loaded Windviel Blue GT from another dealer in central PA and were having it driven to the dealership. I called her on it - and all she said was, "I guess you got me."

A-REX will wait until the spring to order his GT - I jumped on WRX bandwagon when they first came out - and if I would have waited an extra 3 months or so - I would have saved an easy 2-3k.

I went to yesterday's game. I stood at the Heinz Endzone and got some great shots.

I know what you mean. I saw a Skins fan there. Since the Steelers won, I think they let him live.

My heart goes for the Skins (for the past 25 years). But I have been transplanted to Steel Town. I have always had a liking for the Steelers (since they are in a different conference).

Man I want to go to a Heinz field game. Tickets are so darn expensive! I have been to PNC Park but not Heinz. Did you have a blast?

I had my oil changed at Morrow Ford in Beaver Falls this past Friday and the sales guys were telling me 1. they haven't seen a GT yet
2. don't expect one for about a year 3. that Day Ford was trying to buy all the ponies from local dealers and charging an arm and leg for them. They offered Morrow $1000 over MSRP for the one V6 they have. They're V6 is sitting on a display rack, but the battery is dead b/c everyone has been playing with the MYcolor, but no one has started the car up to charge the battery. goofy!
