Does anyone know how to deactivate the Day Time Running Lights?

I want to switch it over to using the turn signals as opposed to the headlights to make the light horn more effective.

Canadian 2006 Mustang Pony Package 5 speed if that helps.

Does anyone have access to the electical schematics?
