Want to thank Chuck at PS for taking care of a problem I had with an order. I easily could have ended up between a rock and a hard place dealing with the manufacturer. He took the bull by the horns and made it his problem. He made the calls, followups, etc, which resulted in everything being resolved to my satisfaction.
Know that is the way it is suppose to work but unfortunately, I have had too many experience with both web sites and stores in general, where if something is wrong, it falls entirely on the customer to get it resolved.
