Humm I may have to remove mine depending the look on a White but hey this is apparently home of the newley wed's and nearly deads , example I was at the dentist one day and CRASH what was that a little bitty mistook the gas for the brake and up over the curb right through the store window ! so they open the doors like that here too.

Sin,
That's a great looking car
The molding really does screw up the lines of the car :notnice: Maybe if it was right along the crease towards the bottom it might look better.

Yup, the moulding would have looked better if it was integrated more....like on the new Vette which would look bad without it. But....a little heat and away they'll go.
And Donna......it's beautiful in person. Wait'll you see one. Had to get this color 'cause I remember (vaguely, I was just a toddler sort of) the 67's and 68's in the original Lime Gold. Then of course, there was my Dad's 69 Grand Marquis in the same color. Two outa three ain't bad!
Ok, it's off to the dealership now for my daily look.
Mark.

Hey Mark we must be neighbours-my wife has her convertible ordered at Airport Ford too-same colour but V6. We ordered about 3 weeks ago and just got our VIN number on Friday. Your sig says you live in the Creek but we are at Upper Ottawa and Rymal-too bad about the weather but you know the old saying "in like a lion and out like a lamb" I'm hoping I'll be driving my Bullitt on April 1st and the convertible is scheduled to be delievered the first week of April.

Mark I was talking to the guys in the parts dept at Airport today and now I know where you work-I think you were in there scoping out Mustangs before Christmas on a Saturday the same time the wife and I were. There was a red coupe in the showroom-I got to drive the Yellow GT/auto. Thats when we told them to call us when they could order convertibles. This is quite an experience tracking the progress of the car-my Bullitt was on the lot when I bought it so it was instant gratification. Hard to believe after todays weather it will be warmer in a month but the nice thing about southern ont is it can get warm fast.

Only if you are buying from a Canadian dealership and chose that option.

Oh for God's sake, this side moulding talk has got to stop! I can't take the pressure any more and you've made me hate them even more than I did when the car came in
I promise, they'll be off tomorrow. Would've done it tonight but look - it's buried again, 3rd clean-off of the day. Flippin snow :bang:
