Does anyone know if Ford intends to offer a factory sunroof or moonroof option on the 2005 Mustang coupe? The few option lists I've seen haven't shown it. The last Mustang I had with a factory moonroof (albeit a manual, flip-up) was in 1992. I waited 11 years for another factory roof and finally gave up and bought a hardtop 2002 GT premium coupe.

I live in New England and use the car daily, summer and winter, so a convertible isn't all that practical for me. Now if Ford would just bring back the very limited fiberglass hardtop-option for the convertible, that would be a different story........Anyone hear or see anything about that?

 

I doubt it will be a factory option, but dealers add them all the time.
