Is this car heiland factory green?
Is this from the factory Green? Why are there no message center buttons but a 6 gauge cluster? Are bullits pained black before green?

That's no Bullitt.
EDIT -- It looks like they painted a GT Highland Green, certainly looks like the color.

That car is not a Bullitt. This is a Mustang GT that was ordered using the D-Plan for a dealership employee (C Laskey). It was repainted green (and it does appear to be Highland Green). This car left the factory black and would have had 4 guages and no message center, but it appears the 6 guage IP was swapped in later (but no the message center buttons as you noted).

It appears that someone has painted the car after it came off the factory line. Whatever the Ford window sticker says - is what they did. Nothing more and nothing less. So in this case, Ford painted the car black - someone else painted it green.

Kinda crazy to do a whole paint job on a car to make it look like a Bullitt, but then not really do any other mods.
I'd be cautious of a possible accident that required a lot of paint work, and maybe the owner went out of pocket to paint the rest of the car.

I would also be concerned about the possibility of an accident. It has low miles and almost new so mabey was going to do a clone but only got the paint done. I would think that a paint job would cost as much as the bullitt package. I am suprised they don't mention anything about the color for sale at a FORD dealer.

i was about to say it was till i noticed the steering wheel emblem. i see a tri bar pony logo instead of a Bullitt logo. also the steering wheel spokes, and the steering wheel itself.

The airbag was probably deployed in a bad front end hit and they said, "Hey lets paint it a different color too."
It may have even been wrecked on a test drive.
Those almost never show up on carfax.

Probably priced out further mods and just up and traded it in on a genuine used Bullitt.
