May the nanners rain down from on high. Today I finally received my black GT. It's insane. I hit the gas and it goes...unlike my 99 ranger 4 banger. I love it and all the looks i'm getting.

Ill post pics tomorrow as it was dark when I got it home...and the dealer prep wash was less than satisfactory....you can see where soapy water was left to dry on it.

Congratulations on the new stang. For the water spots I would use a clay bar to get them off, and follow up with some Meguires NXT wax.

Mr. Clean's Car Wash system will help prevent water spots.

The car wash soap causes a sheeting action. And the rinse water is filtered so that it is not as hard from minerals that cause the spots. I think something is also added to the rinse water as well to break the surface tension of the rinse water and encourage sheeting so that you do not even need to hand dry the car.
