Just picked up the Brenspeed All Weather Custom Car Cover for 05-11 Mustang; http://www.brenspeed.com/brencover.html It's a pretty good deal for a custom cover at $139 with a securty cable and storage bag.

I bought a California Custom Car Cover for my Cobra and it's awesome! They also have various types for various storage conditions.

I bought the Covercraft Weathershield one through Ford. It's a bit pricier than some of the others, but I liked the Mustang logo on the hood, Mustang lettering across the back, and the fact that it rolls up small and can be washed in a standard washing machine. It also had the best material for having a soft fabric against the car (of the styles Covercraft offers) and could serve as either an indoor or outdoor cover. Here is a link to a file that shows the difference in the various types of covers they make (Be sure to scroll to page 2 as well):

Here is a picture of the rear of my Stang with the cover on:

A heads up about the security cable, it comes with a lock which can pretty much be clipped off with a nail clipper but that's not the issue. I suggest you get 4 spring clamps (bought mine from Lowes for $2 a piece) to secure the cover at the corners, basically clip it to the bumper underneath. I had a cover with this cable and lock but it was too windy one day and pulled the cover off the rear. The cable & lock held but it was so windy the cover blew up and down causing the lock to scratch the side skirt up quite a bit.
Good luck!
