I recieved a call from my salesman last thursday that my car was being built, but he told me he did not have a delivery date yet, and he said he would prolley get one this thursday. I dont have a VIN number yet as far as I know. Im hoping to have the car within 2 -3 weeks. Anyone know how long it was before they got theres, after it was being built? I ordered a 5 speed GT premium Black with Dark Charcole interior, IUP. Thats it.

Mine took around 5 weeks from DORA to delivery.

It's a looong wait (at least it felt like it), so in the meantime, start picking up some mods! [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/04.gif[/img]

If your car is scheduled, you do have a VIN.

 

Thank you guys for the warm Welcome. as of right now, I dont have any plans for mods, at the moment,but most likely in the future. Just taking one step at a time, I am planning on getting some of that Zaino Bros Products. So I have to ask what is DORA?

 

So, I have a VIN number now, Just not sure how long it will be before It arrives to the dealer. Last week I was told it was being built, I cant imagine it takes more than a day or two at most to build the car. Anyone can help me track it PM me. ok so I have some Info today. I called the Customer Service line at Ford and they gave me this
-Produced Date: 4\11\2006 Apparently this is the day the car finished being assembled.
-Arrival Date: 5\22\2006- 5\29\2006 This is the date they said the car will arrive at my dealer.
Thats all I have but I would still like to fill in these blanks
-Serialize Date:
-Segment Date:
-Sequence Date:
-Blend Date:
-Gate Release Date:
-Ship Date:
