i just called and got through still the same for me "shipped to convoy" been sittin there since 3/4 when i call my dealer he is telling me patience ,patience....getting tired of hearing that one it allmost been 5 months for me now patience is out the window :bang: . I know its just a car to most dealerships but to some of us its alot more :ranting:

I called 3 times in a row this mornig at 10:30 EST.
1st time no go through. 2nd time got ERL. 3rd time for giggles, no go again. Maybe system overload?

I have noticed one thing, it depends on the phone you are using if she has problems hearing you. At work I have no problem, at home I feel like a broken record.

I have also figured out how to make the process quicker.
As soon as she starts speaking you can start talking. She will shut up and continue.

Oh, and I'm still C/U.

I called the ERL 20 minutes ago and there was NO change. "As of March 6th, your
vehicle was shipped via rail carrier".

Then I called the CRC and spoke to a human being. He checked and told me my
car should be delivered to the dealer between 3/16/ and 3/23. O HAPPY DAY !!

Ordered 1/7
Sched. build week 2/28
Built 3/2
As of 3/4, released by the foreign assembly plant
As of 3/6, shipped via rail carrier

2005 2dr Coupe GT Premium; Satin Silver Metallic; Dark Charcoal
5 Speed; IUP; Anti-Theft; Side Air Bags; Bullitts; Shaker 1000

just called the customer service line and was told that my ETA was now 14th-21st...sure hope so being that i never got the "shipped to rail" message they said maybe because there computers were down for a time

First, if it is okay to post the customer service number that would be great. If the customer service line is off-limits like the VOPC then PM me!

Anycase, All I have to say about all the calls to ERL... If no one is able to access it at least wait until the evening. One day the call volume might be to great and Ford will change the number to prevent us from getting too it.

Just don't abuse it... Those of us that got a hold of the VOPC number treat it nicely so we don't screw it up for future generations of TMSer's.
