I called the VOPC line this morning. Right after you press 1 it transfers you to a Customer Service Analyst. I think they have had enough of all of us calling.

They should just make her avialable online somehow.
Sure would be easier to type than have her drive me nuts trying to understand me....
"T 8 2"
"You said, P82."
"No, T - 8 - 2."
"You said, 82U."
"NO! Teeeee AaaTe Toooo"
"You said, 3A2."

Am I the only one that has actually talked to the analyst and gotten my information?
The first time, she did not ask any information about the dealership or who I was, just about the car (order number, dealer id, etc) that I would give to the robot lady anyway. She then looked up my info and gave me an update. All in all, she was very pleasant to talk to and did not give me any grief at all.
The second time I was forwarded to an analyst, she asked me for my name (told the truth) and then asked if it was for Vision Ford (yes). She then looked up my info, told me my car was being built as we spoke, gave me an estimated delivery date and told me to call back in a week to get the shipping information. Again, she was very pleasant to talk to.

You have to say the "T". It is a digit. You don't have to say the letter in the dealer code though.
