Without IUP
Did anyone else notice the passenger side air bag door is different on the IUP and NON-IUP? [/b][/quote]
Thats because you can't get side airbags without IUP.

Grantsdale-

I dont think he means "passenger (side airbag)" but rather "(passenger side) airbag"

Meaning the front airbag, passenger side.

The airbag door splits in half when deployed. There are two sections of aluminum to allow this to happen.

thats just for doing a car search through dealer inventory not for building a car. you have to order with a dealership for that.

Actually that is through building & pricing. It then searches dealer inventory & allows you to let the dealer find the car you build if it's not listed. What I was saying though was that, that car IS what I ordered through my dealer. But it's still allowing me to select it as an option on the V6 & therefore if it's still being offered as an option on the website then it better be on my car. Because if it's no longer being offered as an option then they need to take it off their website as an option.

I don't know anymore. I think though that it's all a bunch of BS.

I think, it's not that they will not let you order it that way, it's more like it's going to take a LONG time to get it because it will just sit in your dealers order system until the hold is lifted by ford.
