Can anyone make some sense out of this?

I was scheduled for the week of May 23rd, but when I called today (May 9th) the robot lady stated that "As of May 20th, your order is locked into production to be built the week of May 16th".....
I know I've seen other posts where the 800# can see into the future, but I'm just curious what is going on.
