look carefully, the seatback is 18" from the steering wheel, nothing matches in size, the mirrors are the size of dove soap bars and the car is shorter then a miata. It actually looks like it began as a miata. The rocker panel makes no sense, The roof is hillarious. This is what i ran into when i was following an art career. Skill and talent are two totally different things. Dont get distracted by technique. There is no "design" in that pic. Only pretty colors.

I agree with Kevin. That car is a laughing stock. It's horrible made. There's great concept to it, but horrid execution. If I look hard, I can see what the designer may have been trying to do, but it was done so poorly it's difficult to tell.

 

I think an official GM response to that design was that it would be too expensive to build. Its not that bad a starting point though.

As far as Camaro/GM boards, I visit once in a while and there is quite a bit of discussion about the 05. Trust me, many GM fans will jump ship to Ford because of the new stang and because GM execs (cough, Lutz, cough) are frequently commenting on how GM isn't going to bring back the Camaro, and making it seem like they shouldn't expect anything like it anytime soon.

That's like telling all your loyal fans to take a hike. Whether its a bluff, or they will be rebadging the car etc., the comments are pissing a lot of GM boys off enough to convert to Ford.

ahem, lets not pick apart this kid's artwork, b/c thats all it is, some kid's work. Even when companies bring in an early concept, it makes no sense as a car but it looks hellacool. That is some skill used in rendering that car.

However, it is sad that all the GM guys have is some kid's rendering...
