I'm glad that got shot down. Legislation like that being passed could be detrimental to car collecting, and would likely spread wider than California. Hopefully they continue to win.

The fourth year after you registered it. For example, I purchased my Pony in August 2005. Therefore, August 2009 I can expect to see that little notice with my renewal, telling me to pull my non-CARB legal mods off the car...
