Cabin Air Filter

Hey guys...I'm planning on changing the cabin air filter. I have a few questions though. 1. Where is it located? (easily accessible) 2. How hard would it be to do this? 3. How much would the filter cost?

Check out this video. I understand that it's easier if you have the wipers at the 12:00 position.
