My latest stang and questions

picked up this 2009 GT deluxe a few months ago with 19,000 miles on it.pretty much not a scratch.Brilliant silver with 18" wheel/tires and leather.I guess with the deluxe you dont get a leather steering wheel or silver dash trim(not that I care).I was wondering what comes with the 18" combo,is the suspension different(handles better than a stock GT)?what axle ratio(says nothing on window sticker)?Previous owner put the elanor window scoops on,they look cool but kill back up viewing.TIA

I believe the 18" rims are just an option that stands alone. There are no additional suspension components with my 18" wheels that came with the CS package, but that was an '07. Your window sticker would definitely let you know if there was a suspension package. Now if something was added aftermarket, that is a different story. Enjoy the new ride!

I was going to post the site to find the sticker window but it seems you already have it. But on my 08 GT, it told me my gear ratio on it. Maybe because mine was bumped up? Think stock was 3.31 but mine told me it was 3.55's.

3.55 was stock for 2005 and 2006, I believe. Beginning in 2007 stock went to 3.31 with 3.55 as an extra-cost option.

More options appeared in either 2008 or 2009, I think, when you could get 3.73's from the factory.

Paris, do you have 3.55 gears in your 06? When I was under my 06 GT Premium Vert I saw a tag on the diff that had 3.31 on it. I'll check my door when in the morning.
