bumper to bumper warranty expiring
bumper to bumper warranty expiring...what should I get Done???
my 3yr bumper to bumper is about tu run out. What should I look to get done before it runs out. Do you guys think they would replace the leather if it has creased and wrinkled?
I thought they would replace the leather one time within your warranty period?
Mine runs out in March and I'm going to try to get my stereo replaced because of the paint that's falling off the buttons. If they won't cover it for that, I'll just tell them I'm having problems with the CD player.
You can always look through the TSB's and see if any of the problems look familar to you.

For the leather seat, if the foam has collapsed, they will replace the foam, and only the foam. The only way they will replace the leather under warranty is if there stitching comes out or there is a major flaw. Wrinkles is not a flaw as that is a normal wear and tear that leather goes through. No different than a leather coat. I had a problem with the foam. Ford replaced the foam and the leather was stretched a little to get rid of some wrinkles but if they stretch it too much then you would end up with seam problems later on.

Just make sure you get a real Ford warranty and not some useless aftermarket one.

The only things that legitimately can be fixed are problems that show symptoms mentioned in the TSBs. I would suggest identifying things that shake, rattle, leak, buzz, or do not function and that annoy you. Then check that against the TSB list here.
If your vehicle is trouble free at this point, either buying an extended warranty or putting away money for a larger repair later are 2 things that could be done if you want to be cautious.
Good luck!
