When I picked up my car from the dealer today after having the rail dust problem corrected, I noticed that the repair order had the production date of 1/12/05 on it.
That's in line with what the Evil Lady on the VOPC told me back in January ("As of January 12, your vehicle has been produced.")
Check that out on your R.O. the next time you bring your car to the dealer for some work, in case you aren't sure of the exact date your Stang was built.

Yeah, i saw that on my '03 the first time I took it in. I can't wait to take in my '05 (for an oil change) to see exactly what it was. The robot lady skipped "produced" with mine.

Mike, how did the rail dust saga come out?
That info is found on an Oasis report which stands for.... . Anyway, it is a report that will show the maintenance history, build date, warranty info and other stuff. Not sure if dealer will give it to you if you ask but several Ford guys on this site will run it for you.
