Build date
On 2/18, I was told my build week would be 2/28. Then a couple of days later, the VOPC said "as of March 2nd, you are locked into production. Then about a week ago, the message changed to "as of March 2nd, your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of 2/28". Did I get demoted? Today is March 2nd and the message is still the same as it has been for a week or so. Any ideas?

Mine was pretty much the same, it was built anyway during that week, then went directly to shipped by convoy carrier, then by rail car, and last but not least convoy again. good luck, seems like 3-4 weeks after build week for me. I am supposed to have it by friday, traced it down to a etx rail car left detroit on monday. So those messages although nice, dont really tell you whats going on, just to give an idea.!

Who knows. VOPC has said that as of Feb 28 I'm scheduled to be built week of Feb 28 for almost a month now. I called FoMoCo Cust Serv last Friday and they said I was 'in production,' and I called again today and they said I'm 'in production' again. Does it take a week to build a car?

so close yet so far. The wait is really getting hard knowing that my car may be here REAL soon -=-=-=fingers crossed-=-=-=
Steve,
It seems like when they do update the production stuff it's always old news, maybe a couple days old. Like today I got "As of March 1st, you unit has arrived at the ramp".
Bet your car is already built. Next week, ask someone to run an Oasis report on your VIN and it will list the actual build date (if it has been built by then). Won't be long now!
