Best Price for Corsa Exhaust?

So what's the best price for Corsa exhaust now since it seems to have jumped quite a bit in the last few months.

Anyone have a link to a reputable place to buy them from at a good price?

Thanks!

Got mine a year or so ago for $602 shipped from autopartswarehouse.com

Shop around and be patient- many places don't sell many of these systems because of the price- so alot of them often have sales.

I have always wondered why in the hell are the corsas so expensive??? If your gonna make an exhaust for mustangs why overprice it...? Like were all super rich and want to spend $700 on a set of mufflers...It's not like were drivn Bentleys or something...

LOL!! Which is exactly why I refused to buy Corsa. If I were to purchase a cat-back for my 03 Silverado (when I had it), it was like 1200 bucks!

Yea, I agree. But I guess they figure that if you'll spend $5K+ on a supercharger, you'll spend $600.00 on cat-backs.

The other alternatives are Basanni and Zoomers, and they're pretty close to the $600.00 mark as well.

If you really want to spend some money, look at a set of Billy Boats. They're over $800.00 a set.

You can always check Ebay as well. Sometimes you can get a good deal.

I got a great deal from a member on this board in the Classified section

The main reason I got the Pypes Violators was the price (sub $300) and materials (polished T304 SS). I don't see why the Borla/FRPP Stingers are over $400 or why the Corsas are over $600. My guess is that the Corsas were developed with thousands of man hours spent in NVH testing (expensive) but that doesn't explain why the other $400+ axle-backs have severe drone above 1500 RPM.

Yeah with the Corsa's at least you are getting something - patented no drone exhaust so I'm sure there is research involved.

But stingers, my current hookers (Which are supposed to be no drone.) steeda, roush, bassani, mbrp and worse of all SLP i mean there pipes with tips sure they look nice but I really hope most people just go to a shop and have them made. I might even do that myself just if I want a loud exhaust.

Pipes is decent in price but I hear about quality problems.

There is a way to end drone, it's simmialr to a waterhammer (See - http://www.builderswebsource.com/tec...aterhammer.htm)
I don't understand why some company hasn't capitalized on that. I'm pretty sure that is the principal corsa's work on but someone can make a separate device that will work with any axleback I'd imagine but I'm not an engineer, just a graphic designer

I'll pay for the corsa's becasue my car is driven every day and no drone is a godsend, if it was a weekend, have fun car, you bet I'd have the lowest deepest loudest exhaust I could.

And after all that I'm getting a used set from a fellow member
