Anyone find a good place to Re-Locate their Horns?

I'm trying to find a good place to relocate my horns, has anyone found a good location? Thanks.

You bet John - behind the driver's side front bumper light (corner marker) there's a spot perfect for the horns. You'll have to drill one hole though, but that's it. I put mine there back in '06. If it wasn't raining out right now I'd post a pic - my car's in the driveway getting soaked Or try this thread http://forums.bradbarnett.net/showthread.php?t=438741 It has a few pics, plus a dead link to one I posted way back. I also had to extend the wires, but no biggie there.

Sweet Dave! Thanks, I've been looking in there for weeks trying to find the best spot and didn't consider that spot. This won't even require me jacking up the car and drilling underneath like I was trying to avoid. Excellent.

Horns

Dumb question here - why are you re-locating them?

I want to relocate them to the car for better weight transfer.

(j/k)

Because I have the A47 grille. I already painted the upper radiator support flat black so you couldn't see Torch Red through the grille, and I didn't want to see the horns hanging out there either. The stock grille covers them up, the A47 is much more open. I'm not going to post a pic of anyone else's car in a negative way, but if you search you can probably find a pic that shows the body color and horns in the grille.

Here's a pic of someone's car who didn't relocate. I don't think he's on this forum.

I just painted everything behind the grille flat black, including about 1" of the back of the opening in the facia so the tabs molded in didn't show either. But that was with the Moss black billet grille and it looked perfect, the mesh is even more transparent.

I lowered my horn to behind the bumper and made a bracket that can't be seen (sprayed flat black and off to the side)

It was for the blue lights I have, but I am considering a new grille as well

I also painted everything behind my grille flat black, and relocated the horn. I did have to drill one hole, but well worth it.

Got a pm from garyb900 on the horn relocation - here's my update.
Gary, if you're like me, a picture is worth 1000 words. Here's some pics I went and took for you. You just need to modify the horn bracket, then it can fit by the washer fluid reservoir, mounted in a hole that's already there.
I don't remember exactly what I did, but if you remove your horns and post a picture of your stock bracket I can explain how to modify it. Again, I need a picture. Oh, and you'll need to disconnect that ground wire next to the hood prop to get them down in there easier. Here's the pics:

Thanks for the pics John. They helped a lot.
I just did the relocation. Was pretty simple.
I didn't modify the bracket like you did, I just bent one side so it could mount to the hole but it is basically the same. I like the cleaner look much better now.
Thanks!
