Arrived at the Ramp

That means that your car as arrived at it's "mixing lot" in Tenn and is awaiting a truck to go to your dealership.
It's really close now!

I found out today that as of December 14 (same as shipping date) the car has arrived at the ramp.
Does this mean that one truck delivers cars to a mixing lot and another truck picks it up for it's ride to the dealer?
When I talked to the dealer on Friday he said the car might arrive 'Monday or Tuesday', if the car is at the ramp when do you think it will arrive?
Tomorrow or by the end of this week?
It will depend on when the next load to your dealership is. They won't deliver just one car....at least not if they can help it.
Unfortuneately it's really one big guessing game that seems to be designed to drive us nucking futs!

Mine sat at the holding yard from Dec 6th to Dec 15th, the day it was delivered. It only takes half day to go from our reginal holding yard to the my dealer. So when I heard it was on a convoy carrier on the 6th, I just knew it would be here no later than the 7th of Dec. Had no idea that over a week later it would arrive, it did drive me a little nuts......so close but yet so far away. It is all a memory now.
It means truck, but like I said in my post above in could be in their holding yard or actually being shipped. That status is given once the convoy company receives the car. It could sit there waiting for a load to ship to your area, or actually be in route. Hope that helps you, it is tuff once you here in it status, "convoy carrier". Good thing is you are close to getting your baby.

It's a rhetorical question and I don't care how they get it here, I'm so ready for this car it's not funny.
No, it has already made the train trip. My status never showed a train status either. When I found out it was status, "convoy carrier", I contacted our reginal car carriers to see if they actually had the car and they did. Hope that helps. You are very close to getting your car my friend. Hopefully you will not have to wait a full week like me. Heck I knew more about where my car was than my dealer. They went by the ETA given by Ford. I checked on it a little more in detail, I guess because I had more interrest than the dealer.
No blame towards them, they are worried about hundreds of cars, me just one...mine.
