I called to get the date it would give me, so when I call later tonight I would have a point of comparison to tell if it was updated or not. Went through the whole process, then it tried to transfer me to a person. I hung up.

 

I'd have to guess that the system isn't reliable on Thursdays. Considering today is the day the system gets updated. I was going to make my weekly call when I go in at lunch.

 

I called about 11am CST. ERL told me still C&U.
