mine are wearing uneven too, i swear i only put 150 miles on em last weekend b4 i rotated em then did another 150 and they all 4 look worn now. it was only a 2.23 MILE 15 TURN TRACK w/ 60-80 nmph corners and 90-120 mph straights...wassup w that? :scratch:

 

I find that tacks work better for replacing the rubber............

oh man, this thread, just today I smelled my tires for what I like to call "Burning" and "smoking" why is this happening ONLY to the rear and not all four???? It only seems to happen on desolate roads when no one is around

 

I wonder how many times our service tech have seen this problem? Perhaps we should inquire with them and, if they ask, show them how to reproduce it.

I just saw a commercial on t.v. There was this guy that got cancer from second hand smoke and died.

Moral: Keep your windows rolled up, smoke is bad! Used rubber is a good year though. B)
