Last of nine!
The Mustang drives wonderfully and it fits just right. The e-brake positioning is not much of an issue as it's down 99% of the time you're in the car. The adaptive auto trans is neat! I thought it was alittle clunky on the first drive but it's updated itself really well.
I haven't had a chance yet to play with the MyColor but the white daytime background is great. The IUP is definitely worth it's price. The dash cluster looks 3-dimensional and works well. The door windows go down about 1/4 inch before you open the door to preserve the window rubber and insure a tight fit at road speed. It was a bit disconcerting when I first noticed it - I thought there was something wrong with the window!
My car had 13.1 miles on it when it arrived. It was ordered on June 1 and bucked on July 1. I got the DORA dated July 24 and of course saved the various tags and window stickers. More later.

Awwwwriiight!
Thanks for the great pics and the update Chris - gorgeous, just gorgeous!
Boy I am happy I ordered Black but after these pics, yeah, the mineral grey would definitely have been my next choice.
I think the interior looks great in the dk. charcoal - simple and uniform.
Get that Pony out there and run her!

I did run her today. The power of the 3-valve V8 is not to be believed! I get a smile on my face just thinking about it.
Today I went out to lunch and on my way, I made a right turn into a 4-lane divided street. There was a guy lolly-gagging along in the inside lane so I decided I would pass him in the right lane. I put my foot in it and immediately did so - then I looked at the speedo - it was well above 70 mph in less than a 1/4 mile. I immediately backed off because the last thing I need is a ticket!
It's way too easy to get it on!

Chris,
That's awesome man - I cannot WAIT to get that pedal under my foot.
(if you look at the "Is this your first Mustang" thread, you'll see I have survived the past four years driving my Escort ZX2 - yep - FOUR cylinders of unbridled POWER!!!)
darn but that car of yours looks sweet - was showing my brother the pics last night and getting all jealous again since I have plenty to wait for mine....
And I can't tell you the last time I got a speeding ticket (seriously - years and years..) but somehow, with this new GT, I don't see that as a 'bullitt' I can dodge for too much longer... Better set aside some $$ for a ticket fund!
Let us know how that Pony keeps runnin'!
