Same here in CA. Too many illegal aliens running around with no insurance here. If they get caught, they smile, shrug, get deported (maybe), and will be back driving some other rusting beater next week.

What's interesting is in CA if you get into a crash and you don't have insurance it's automatically YOUR fault. Fun hah?
