All Weather Floor Mats - Good coverage or not?

How are the invoiced all-weather floor mats (90W) with the Pony Logo embossed in the vinyl mats?

I hear it only covers part of the carpeting and not enough. I haven't been able to find pics of the mats installed in the cars.

I'd be interested in seeing these pictures as well. I still have to buy some mats, and the back seat passengers are my biggest worry since there is nothing back there.

Don't worry--there's no room in the back for their feet anyway !

Seriously, though, there is a current thread on these over in "The Marketplace" forum under the "Ford OEM Parts" subforum. I believe Kevin at Clevenger Ford gave an update on OEM mats recently as well in one of the forums (there is a new-and-improved version out now).

It's just what the doctor ordered. Does anyone know if the dealer keeps the factory carpeted floor mats if I order the All-weather mats with my car?

Metro,

I ordered them after my car came in.....that way I knew I'd have both. I love them, except I do wish the fronts would go up a bit higher...especially on the passenger side. The rears are great and have extra rubber that slides under the front seats and keeps them from shifting.

It would be nice if there was a piece to cover the dead pedal area. Other than that they cover nicely.

Also read this thread about the All Weather Floor mats...

Sorry I don't have pics, but I got a great set of rubber mats from Pep Boys a year ago that I you can cut to fit for length, they were a bit long. The ones for the back were too wide to fit so I don't use them. The cool thing is they cover the dead pedal area & they have a honeycomb pattern that looks great in the stang.
