Alarm not working right

Not too long ago, I got my car back from Progressive because a colleague backed into my passenger side door and front fender, jamming the door at the hinge. I got the car back and it is as good as new, only one problem.

You know how when your door is not completely closed, or your trunk is open or your hood, and you press the LOCK button on your remote and the lights wont flash, and you press it again and the horn beeps twice to let you know your car is open? Well mine does that now, even with all the doors closed properly and everything. I've checked everything and nothing is open.

Is there a way to reset the alarm feature or is there a sensor in the door I should be looking for? Do you think unplugging the battery and replugging it will help? Any assistance would be great, thanks!
