Besides I'm fairly certain that those people who have the working global windows also have working accessory delay.
There are a ton of threads on the global windows, do a search.

thats because they stopped making them with that option. only way you can try to get it too work is go into your dealer, and ask them if it can be enabled. I did that on my 05 and they turned it on. But soon after that they built the cars with out the necessary equipt and comp programming. So if yours is a late 05 or 06 etc. You will not be able to get them to work without a lot of work and adding on parts etc. Second option is the best, buy a remote starter kit that still allows you to use the factory alarm, but also has upgradable options. On my 06 gt I added the remote starter which is awesome in the winter, not too bad in the summer either if you leave your ac on when you shut the car off. But the nice thing is on the upgradeable remote start I can also pay 100 bucks and have them add the auto window upgrade, both up and down positions from remote. So if you are unable to have them turned on by the dealer get a remote start with some upgradeability and add them on yourself. Good luck
I think its a viper remote start, I told them I wanted to continue using the factory alarm, so they have that option shut off, remote start turned on, and global windows all from one remote. They will need your second key tho to add it to the car for the remote start. Later hope this helps you out in the future.
