That looks like it would've been fun! Great pics, more please!

Dave, Kevin, Dave II, Perry... bad news. I sold my house and am moving to Ohio Oct 12th, so I wont be able to make it to Moroso :cries:
I'll be driving the moving truck up Oct 12, and before that I'm driving the Mustang up to look for a house/job, leaving it there, and flying back so I can drive the truck.
Sorry guys, I'm really disappointed.

Ohio???! Whoa - when did that happen?

Give some details bro - hate to lose ya after we only just finally got together - darn shame you can;t make Power Festival too.......

(you just wanna go to a brand new area that hasn't seen your ride and show it off..... yeah THAT's it...... )

Thanks for those enjoyable pictures. Nothing like seeing Mustangs from many years together. Looks like a great time for all.

I'm going to regret missing the Power Fest. I put my house up for sale last Thurs, realtor said it'd take 3 months to sell... it sold Saturday. Packin' up and headin' out - Sick of traffic, sick of hurricanes, sick of the heat/humidity combo, sick of being stuck behind a-hole dump truck drivers who drop crap all over your car :bang: ... wife wants to have a baby and raise it up north, my family's up there (it's where we grew up)... lots of little reasons. We were planning on moving, just not this quick.
Funny, there's still a lot less 05 GT's up there than there is here... and yeah, showing off is fun
The downsides of up there - snow, ice, and potholes. Actually the snow and ice don't bother me - it's the road salt. :notnice:

Truthfully? I hear ya - I moved down here for family reasons years ago and plan on eventually heading back up north - maybe VA - so I hear you about tall those 'gripes' you listed

Hey, life takes you where it wants you know? Family is up there and you wanna raise the baby there - more power to ya! We'll miss ya though bro!
(Just make sure you get to Birmingham next year Labor Day weekend!!!)

We had over 100 cars and they were simply 'parade laps'.....

Heck the entire event wass put together in 30 days flat so I was happy we even got on that track!

Great pix, Dave, Jim, Kevin, et al. I felt like I was there!

I "spoke" briefly with Jim a few days ago, thinking it was you online, Dave. Nice guy. Hope things work out for him, and Nawlins as a whole. Been there several times. No place like it...
