I'm getting the pictures ready. I have all the exterior pictures done. Starting interior now.
For the record on the video. The guy was only revving it to about 3000 rpm. I revved it to 6000 and it sounded way better. Much much deeper and meaner. It sounds just as loud on the inside of the car. Sounds like Flowmaster American Thunders from inside. But the windows were down when I did it so moving may be different.

I'll add my 2 cents.
It looks AWESOME in the flesh. Anyone who has not seen it in person has no right to call it ugly.
It has more leg room than the 04.
It has plenty of headroom.
The trunk is a lot bigger.
The rear seats fold down nearly flat
The shifter felt like rubber, but supposedly it has been fixed.
The shifter is in a MUCH better position than the 04
The parking brake lever is ugly.
The door speakers are ugly
The seats are 1,000 times bettern than the 04
There is no room in the back seat. With the front seats all the way back there is about 3" of leg room, so the back seat is only for small skinny people.
Forgot on my other post, the GT will NOT get an engine cover, only SVT & SE's will.
Redfire looks AWESOME!
The upgrade wheels look great, I'd get them over the Bullits
The tires fill the wheel wells nicely, no more 4x4 with go car wheels look
This was an early build with the old red seat insert color, but it is very bright. To me it would only work with white or black cars.
The message center is real slick, I'll let Dustin give you the details when he has all his photos ready to go.

These photos were taken at the Ford dealership in Foxboro, MA on 5/26/04. I showed up and immediately fell in love with the car. It was everything that I imagined and more. Car looks a lot meaner in person. I wasn't impressed with the concept wheels before but after seeing them in person, they look AWESOME.
All the pictures I took were in 2000X1600, but I will show them here in 800X600. If anybody would like a higher res version of a photo, email me at dustindufour@comcast.net and I will email you the higher res one. Brad feel free to host any of these you like for the photo section and I give you copyright ownership for them.
I'm gonna go exterior, then interior, then engine.
EXTERIOR
The Ford engineer didn't know anything about the bolt pattern or if we would be able to use old Stang wheels. Dang!
Many people will be happy to know this is what the front bumper will look like, two small holes. This is how they will be shipped to the dealer. If front plates are required in your state they will mount a license plate bracket to hold the plate. This is good news for people who live in states with no front plate required. The styling engineer was pissed he had to put hose holes in his nice bumper.
Good news about the front valence below the bumper. The blacked out valence we have been seeing on the new prototypes is a snap on black piece which will be sold with production cars. I was told that you would be able to take it off and have the color valence if you wish. This car did not have the black piece and the engineer mentioned he was glad I pointed it out, and would be requesting one to install on the car.
The glass was tinted nicely, I caught this decal. It was on every window.
Here's an interesting bit of trivia. The engineer I was talking to who was the manager of the interior/exterior styling told me a neat story about the Mustang emblem. He said the emblem on this car is the same exact one on the first Mustang ever built (he called it the 5 times or 5X or something I forget). He went in the old warehouse where they keep all the old parts for old cars and found the original emblem in an old box and copied it. He mentioned how some designers try putting details on it like muscles and stuff on newer mustangs, but he wanted the original deal. He took that old part he found and perfectly copied it and put it in with the final design. It's the same size I think too. He wanted the old school look.
Got gas?

INTERIOR
I got there kind of early and I wanted to get inside it. I took a bunch of pictures of the inside of the car from outside. I didn't know if we were allowed in so I snapped a bunch of photos.
At this point the doors started opening and I jumped right the heck in. No hesitation there at all.
This is the only place on the car where it says MUSTANG.
Hey look a charge port for my cell phone. That makes 2 power ports on the car
That a slot for the manual?
Four seater? I think not. That's with the seat all the way back.
More to come.... next post on message center.
