4.0 Engine Compatibility 06,07,08,09?

4.0 Engine Compatibility 06,07,08,09?
Can anyone tell me if a 4.0 engine from an 06 can go into an 05 mustang without anyone wiring problems? Are they both the same harness's? I have heard there were changes in certain years I think the 07 engines?
