Just had these official pictures emailed to me by the Mustang brand manager. they are going to be updated in the order guide next week.

64E is fanblades

64W is bullitts [ late avaialbility ]

This should end all the many discussions.

I agree with Chad, those 18" Bullits are nice. If I was to want those on my 05, are there suspension changes I should make as well? I read on this site how the 18" wheels will have a different susp. setup. Has anyone confirmed what exactly those are?

Well, many of the discussions, but not all of them.

Is there a version of the 18" Bullitts that has the painted spokes?

So are the 18" wheels actually going to have the pony logo in the center? Man, I sure hope they do. I mean the ford logo looks OK but the pony logo just makes the wheels look a million times better.

Well now, that's confusing. Brad has them labeled the opposite under his 2006 Timeline....

Which is which?

Ed has never steered us wrong. I believe he's got the correct info. I'd have rather had the bullitts (boy, this wheel issue has been going back and forth for months!), but I'm not willing to wait to get them.

Got my VIN today!

1ZVHT85H165100477

Build date the week of Aug 8. I'm stoked

If I wasnt being built the week of august 8th Id change my order.

I really want the bullitts not the fanblades.

Wonder if there is something I can work out with my dealer

Our Parts Department looked the 2006 wheels up in their catalog. There is already a listing for the fanblades with a picture but no picture or ordering info for the 18" bullits.

I received this directly from the Mustang brand manager. This will be published in an updated order guide next week.

I specifically asked him to clarify as there wer so much confusion. He told me that these pictures were just finalized last week.

Boy this really stinks. I was thinking all this time the Bullits were 64E. Since I'm getting fanblades instead now, I guess I'll go that much quicker to aftermarket wheels. Not going to bother changing my order. Funny though, I've got better looking fanblades on my Explorer!

I'm getting Fanblades. Love those polished fanblades.

I'm getting Bullitts. Fanblades aren't polished, so Bullitts will be great.

Now, I'm getting Fanblades. Whatever, just get me my car!!!!

I guess I'd be ok with either.

I would certainly be interested. My only hesitation is that you know at some point, either Ford or another company are going to come out with entirely polished fanblades, much as Ford has with the different finishes of 17" bullit.
