I'm just disappointed that the pony package trim is only offered in the 6cyl. I really would have liked to seen it in the GT as well.

I will probably try to get the fender badges and the grill for my 05 as long as no serious mods need to be made.

 

I like the 2005 with the pony FINALLY out of the coral..........why are they putting the pony back in on the 2006?

I likve everything but the grill and fogs.........glad I got the '05!!

 

a guy who used to drive a 65, this is the best machine since the original Mustang. IMHO.

 

I like it. I can't wait to see real pics. I think lot's of V6ers will pick up this option. I think it's great for them and might take some strain off the GT.

Can I order the Pony package and still get the bullit rims or do I have to get the Pony special rims?

 

The Bullitts are not standard on the V6; they are standard on the V6 with Pony Package.

If I order the pony package and not choose any specific rims I'll get the bullits as the standard rims for the V6 pony package.

I had seen awhile back a pic of what was thought to be a special pony package rim and it was not the bullits (there was a thread a while back that showed picks of the 06 rims)

 

Well now that there will be more V6's running around with 17' bullits it looks like my move to 18's will come sooner.

Brad were the fanblades more of a chrome or were they machined aluminum (sort of a brushed aluminum) or were they the painted kind?
