So I found out my new 06 Pony is at the dealer. Had build date of 8/8. Delivered today. Pretty good.

Will pick up in about a week. I work in DC area and will wait for the weekend to pick up since it was delivered in Harrisburg, PA. I ordered it from military sales.

Last night I hand-washed my Stang and then went out after the kids went to bed to listen to music and read my owners manual. I just love the smell!

I've never enjoyed owning a car this much!

Saw some guy yesterday with a black GT vert. Nice car. He told me the dealer told him he better buy it "now" or it will be gone. He said that he had to pay a markup. I didn't ask what he had to pay.

I will end up paying what looks like invoice.

I noticed that the Ford site finally has the 06 listed.

Congrats! Lucky you. My delivery was scheduled for October.....my wife picked it up at the dealer 2 days ago and I won't be home from deployment for another month.

Hey Dave, I was looking at the ford website yesterday and noticed that on the Mustang page they say that the Pony Package will have special front floor mats. I was just wondering if you have noticed any differences between your new car's mats and the regular ones.

Also, when you get some pics up on here would you mind taking a picture of the mat. Thanks man.
