Ya know, this looks like someone remember that they had to show something today, and put this together in an afternoon.

They obviously need to hire some of the people that do photoshops around here.

 

Looks like the wife when she has a bad hair day. woops! sorry dear! The rear spoiler looks like a boomerang, and overall the car is way to BUSY! I think some of you on this site should fill out an employment application for "Roush"

 

The hatred for this car is wide spread--The Mustang Source, Mustang World, FNSweet, ROEA, and StangNet, and those are just the ones I've checked!

 

I would think with that much negative response, that Roush would take notice and produce a better chop, real photo or redesign soon.

This seriously looks like a last minute photoshop. The hood again has that stupid cheesy NON FUNCTIONAL hood scoop....ughhH!

They could have done something like the concept...two slots up front...very subtle....just like the rest of the car....it seriously does look like the black widow kit....major bummer....guess i wont be buying roush stuff afterall

 

ditto, it looks like a crazy hotwheel car gone bad. how could roush go from something classy like the 380R to this rice abomination?

Hopefully someone at roush is paying attention to the forums.

 

Wonder how long it will take to melt a full-size clay mockup, LOL.

 

As an older mustang owner there are some good points to the new Roush. I would like to see it in a better photo or in person

I have my own plans for my Mustang. Just a couple subtle things that will add an aggressive look without drawing too much attention.

The Roush cars do look pretty good though.

 

What's with all the hating?! The Roush package is the EXACT same style for the 2005 as it is for the 2004, just a different generation of car...

What's everyone around here want? Seems no one has better ideas because they really don't know themselves. This is fine for an introductory Roush and it looks WAY different (in a subtle way) from the standard 2005. Sheesh!

ADD ON -- If you hate the Roush, you should hate the Ford Mustang design overall, as Roush is SIMPLY adding to it.

 

The picture is crap. They'll need to get some thing better up. Right now I hate Roush. The 2005 Mustang is a beautiful thing and Roush $%&#ed it up. Sad sad sad

 

I think the 350Z is a beautiful thing and not the 2005 Mustang, it's just retro and copied from past cues, not that that's a bad thing or anything...?

 

I love the wheels but I'll take the GTR Mustang over the Roush Mustang. :scratch:

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but that's just it... it's pretty much you by yourself voicing a completely positive opinion of the new Roush. There are many who think it's "ok." But most here don't like it. Companies exist to make a profit. If the core group of customers is disgusted with the design, the product will not sell.

The Roush 440A is most definitely not like the 2005 Roush. The SN95 is sleek and has a smaller factory grill, which is complemented by the front fascia. The front of the 2005 Roush looks like a Dodge Ram.

 

Um... that's a "NO" from most of here for so many reasons.

However, if you believe adding a huge front fascia with multiple air ducts, a cereal-box-top for the spoiler, and other body mods is SIMPLY adding to the original design, then I have one word for you:

RICE

I have this idea of adding a spoiler with aluminum uprights that are 5' tall. After all, the higher up the spoiler, the more it adds to the functionality, right?

I like the rims on that 440A. Very nice.
