After All the Hollywood Movies I doubt Any of us has a real Clue to Russian Life. I tried to email you Misha But the Email Would Not go through the Tms Filters or Something. No. That was before the commodity boom. Growth rate is now ~7% per year and the country is spitting out more millionaires than you could believe. You bet they can afford cars, they're actually a major market for exotics... so Mustangs don't seem that much out of reach anymore.
