As Most of you Know I follow The 05/06 Mustang Parts Closer Than Most Anyone. I am always looking for a Great Retrofit Part or New Accessory. I have been waiting for Ford to Release The ACCESSORY KIT 18x8.5 Polished Bullit and The 18x8.5 Painted Bullit. They were Recently Assigned a service Part Number and I was waiting for Pricing and Release. Almost Immediately These numbers were Obsoleted before even being Released. So something is definitely amiss. I know they are having a Very Difficult Time producing the 17 inch Accessory Polished Bullit so perhaps it is a Supplier or Quality Control Issue. Anyway All is Not Lost yet Because there is still a Factory Replacement Polished Bullit listed in The Parts Catalog and when checked online it currently states NOT YET AVAILABLE.No Pricing yet either! This Is not surprising since as per cataloging it is not scheduled to be used until October. { Can You Say Commodity Hold?} I have a feeling that 18's are going to be like IUP's were on the 05's. Probably the Pony Package also! Anyway I would not be surprized if we have 05ish Problems with options. BUCKLE UP. If any New Bullit Info Comes up I will Update Post!

IMO

I wish they were 18x9's. An 8.5 inch wheel isn't wide enough. I realize I'm talking about a half inch but it does make a difference.

No pics, but the width of the rim relates to the size of the tire you can put on.

Thing is, "most" tires that fit on a 10 will fit on a 9.5

crazy example 285/30R21 tire will fit 9.5-10.5
Thats one wide **** tire too

285/40ZR18 will fit 9.5-11

and so on.

10" rim not necessary imo

Yep, RMac has blades on his '05 with 255/45/18's... I'm thinking that's probably as big as you can go on an 8.5 inch rim though.

Dan, get those pics up ASAP, and lots of them. I'm getting the same combo for my redfire GT. I'm anxious to see your setup.

Steve, these rims look AMAZING with redfire.... It looks just like the showcar except a bit less shiny as they are not chromed. IMO, it looks better than the completely chromed ones which are too blingy (mine are shiny enough, more than I expected).

I'll try to have pics by the end of the weekend

Anyone ordering blades will NOT be disappointed Pictures don't do them justice. I've gotten so many compliments in just over a day

Hey Kevin, thanks for all your updates to the site. Your info is invaluable. Quesiton on the Dark IUP, did you get anything from Ford in terms of pictures of what its going to look like? Let us know when you get some more info on this. Depending on what it looks like, may change my order.
