Thanks for the pics! As a V-6 owner, I appreciate seeing all the colors mixed together. There are one or two colors missing, mineral grey. I don't know if I saw a windveil blue either. I bought mine from a lot in October that had 3 V-6's and 1 GT (Silver).

I know people are jumping all over the GT, and I can't blame them. For me, the V-6 was perfect.

I was up at Marshal lford Where I got my GT the other day, and low and behold, I must attract Msutangs because a shipment of V6s came in, about 6 or so .. to put their total up to 11 V6s and 0 GTs.

And within 5 minutes of the truck getting their, 3 people walked in checkbook in hand.

Its not the best time to be buying a Mustang around here ... but... you gotta do what you gotta do.

V6 'Stangs are rare up here... all the dealers have GTs and they're not moving. There's even an early Mineral Grey GT with the IUP waiting for a good home... if it wasn't an auto, it would be in my garage!

With 17 V6s on one dealer's lot, it won't be long before we'll see rebates or other incentives on the V6s

Hopefully Ford is readjusting their production ratio to put out more V-8s.

Probably wont' be this easy (maybe there is too large of a 4.0 engine inventory and Ford is at its limits on the 4.6 production ability)

Yeah, the whole bay area is like that. There are several dealerships with at least a dozen v6s, but GTs are almost impossible to find Most dealers I have talked to have only taken delivery of two or three v8s to date and they obviously didn't last long. I think Ford really has the mix ratio screwed up at this point.

They had a Windveil Blue one up front along with a couple other colors but no Legend Lime.

I didn't take any pics of the ones up front since they were spread out.

Lance Cunningham Ford in Knoxville has eighteen V-6 cars and four GT's. Once again, this could just mean that GT's are selling ridiculously fast, and not that V-6 cars don't move.

The reason I say this is Cunningham is a huge dealer and he has less Mustangs, be them V-6 or V-8, than anything else on his lot period. It is my understanding that Ford can make a 50/50 mix of GT/V-6 Mustangs. I would be curious to see what the current mix is, and wether or not Ford is going to turn up the wick on V-8 production as I feel they should.

I looked on their website, and due to the msrp/invoice price some of them had I would assume that few do. But, they don't go into many particulars online.

when i went to flordia they had 25 V6's and 1 GT haha its crazy

All the dealers I see in Houston have a pretty good supply of v6s, and 0-1 GTs. And the GTs don't seem to last...

Although I did see one GT in the used car lot. Amazing how fast that can happen...

Anyway, I do believe this is the best example of why they should just put the v8 in all of them and reduce the price overall to about 21472.87. That'd be right about in between the two models, and I bet they'd sell better too.

But hey, Ford's out to move trucks anyway...

/wonders why the v6 isn't a 3.5 or something like that that makes 200 HP and 22MPG city....

Same deal here in the Raleigh metro area. At least 10 6's at each lot. None with IUP. Good mix of Deluxe and Premiums. There is a screaming yellow GT in the showroom at one local dealer. Its been there for weeks though leading me to believe its not currently for sale. Guaranteed if it was it would be gone.
Yeah houtex you got that right. If Ford offered the V8 at the price point you mentioned "hotcakes" would not begin to describe what they'd move like.
Myself I'm liking maybe a V6 vert deluxe in mineral gray, I estimate around 24 thou. Can't beat that!

The dealership I live by said they had a big pick up in sale around the end of December. I think people were waiting for the end of the year for deals, around here anyway. They have a red one with black stripes up on the elevated platform, it's sweet looking. Their stripes go all the way down the front and rear bumpers.
