It's Las Vegas, so it's probably a cab... no "special envoy" here, lol (though the car deserves one with the attention it probably gets!)

I love those gas caps - have a brushed aluminum on my 99' and think the gunmetal one on this Las Vegas mule looks perfect too. I like how they break the monotony of a solid color.

 

Was passing by a Ford dealer today so I once again compared redfire and torch. I love the way redfire looks in some pics of the 05, but based on the SN95's on the lot I'd choose Torch. In anything but sunlight redfire seems to turn purple. However, I like dark, classy colours on this car.

I'll know for sure when I see them side by side this fall/winter.

Once of the nicest colours (which was in the used car lot) was Performance Red. It was like redfire but a bit brighter and didn't have that purpley shade. Gorgeous.

 

I think that the 05 stang is an amazing car, superb design, love the Badge on the GT's

Well.. My other car is a ....Honda Accord... Boring!!! So my wife and I fight for the Mercedes every day! I told her she can drive the Mercedes every day if I can get a new Mustang. Easy sell I must say!!! 05 GT here I come!!! I am even more excited since I finally saw one today. My wife cant wait either. She just wants me to quit obsessing over the Mustang. What she does not know is that it will be worse when I get it!!!!!!!

 

getting back to the "best reds" -- I used to own a Vibrant Red 93' GT -- loved the way the orange would sneak out at different light times -- my favorite "speeding ticket" color of all time (then it was ruined with the body change)

I like the wing less and less each time I see this car. I'm glad I ordered without it (I was debating whether to keep it or delete it when I ordered).

Here's something I noticed about the Spoiler/Wing today, it applies to the Shape of the Trunk lid. It's something I hadn't noticed before. Look how much curvature there is to the wing in this pic, as well as how Thin it looks. I saw a really nice looking 03-04 Mineral Grey GT today and the top of the Trunk and the Spoiler/Wing are almost Completley Flat, and how Thick the current spoiler looks, compared to the 05.

Oh, and by the way, I don't know why they put a Mineral Grey Fuel Door on this Redfire GT, but it sure ruins the look and effect of the "Gas Cap/Badge" on the rear of the Car. It also breaks up the clean simple lines on the side, In my opinion, I don't think that the Aluminum/Stainless Steel Fuel Doors are going to look good on the 05's unless you remove the Gas Cap/Badge from the rear, but that's just my opinion.

 

As someone earlier stated - not a cop car. Definitely a cab - all the cop cars in Vegas are black and whites, with black fenders and the squad car #s are on the roof and rear ends.

The Redfire looks great! I'm glad I chose it!

 

I agree with Tampa, an aluminum fuel door wouldn't look so hot.
