Whats up all,

I recently installed an Edelbrock S/C on my stang. The issue I am having is that the supercharger was bought second hand and came with the 2010 heat exchanger which is totally different from what was supplied for the 2005-2009 kits.

The heat exchanger works but its to long and its pushing my grille out of my bumper a bit.

I want to get a new one but not sure what would fit the 05-09 GT

I had jegs quote me on the actual part I need from edelbrock at $444.95 shipped.

I feel like I can find something else cheaper but don't know which one bolts on to the GT.

Anyone know what other heat exchanger would fit the Mustang 05-09 GT that comes with the brackets and would fit the bumper?

Afco fits, Steeda has one as well. They're all around the $450 price range.

 

If you call an outfit like Brenspeed they may have the heat exchanger you need. Someone might have upgraded an install to the larger one or one with fans and never used the kit one.

Plus they could tell you exactly which other ones will work for you.

 

I want to thank you for the info. I called Breenspeed and they had a heat exchanger for me to buy for cheap.
