anyone noticed that the 05's front fascia looks kind of "sad" all the time compared to the rather "happy" or "evil" looking <05? Or is that just me? :P

 

I agree, now THAT would be a cool picture!

 

I think the 05 needs a nice set of rims and wider tires and then it'll compare better IMO.

Wombert, I know what you mean. The 99-04 looks mean and fierce, the 05 looks somewhat like a clown. No bad remarks please, that just my opinion, after seeing that pic I may have to stick with an 04gt for cheaper than an 05 v6.

 

Even though I ordered the 05 GT (now don't get mad at me) I don't like the looks of it without any aftermarket changes. It just seems like it is missing something.

 

Agreed, no question that the cobra-r(minus the rice wing) looks much more appealing when sitting next to the 2005. It just doesn't have a very agressive looking front fascia to me. On the other hand, with the gt-r front fascia on the 05 the car just looks mean.

 

I would like to see a picture of a blue 05 GT next to a blue 04 GT for a better comparison.

 

I couldn't find a good front shot of a 2005 Blue GT but here is a comparison V6 against my 2001

 

Does someone have those pics with the two red GT's (05 and SN95) sitting next to each other from way back when. I never got a chance to save those pics! Post them up. Brad, you have them?
