Are you a relaxed or ready driver?
I was just curious if you guys keep ur rpm's high or low while driving. Do you keep them high just incase some one trys to show you up or to make the quick lane change? Or do you keep them low to save on gas and just cruise the streets? I'm the type that stays around 2k just incase i need to prove a point to a passing car

2k is high?
Driving to work in the mornings, I am very slow and easy on the car. Mainly cause its been sitting for 8+ hours overnight so its cold and I dont want to beat on it immediately. Way home from work, i am more aggressive. I tend to poo around 3.5k-4k and usually keep the rpm's around 2k-2.5k while cruising. Thats still low in my powerband, but 4.10's help get me there if I need em quick. I am not one to drive around at 5k rpm all the time because my car is loud and I particularly dont want to attract unwanted attention.

When I'm feeling good and the traffic is clear (especially on 31) I like to start in first, shift at about 4k, then run it up to 7k in 2nd and then shift into 3rd and run 3rd to about 5.5k. That usually puts me around 80mph or so and its a very sweet spot in the car.

But normal driving I keep the rpms about 2-2.5
I didn't buy it for gas mileage

I honestly dont pay attention to my speeds. I watch the Tach more. Guess thats from being a nitrous user. Need to know when its going to come on and off based on my window switch
