Why so much break dust....?!!!

To start off I have an 03 Mach 1. My front right rim is covered in break dust almost every time I drive my car recently. Probably a stupid question, But why is this happening all the sudden???!!

Even if he didn't there could have been a change in the compound the company uses.

Agreed . . . just trying to perform some due diligence before offering an opinion. Easier to answer a question the more information provided!

the less expensive pads will do that. Ceramic pads will have less dust.

The pads I bought were the Ford replacement stock ones, so I don't see why I'm getting all the dust. My rim literally looks gunmetal after a 2-3 times of being driven

From Ford? Make sure they sold you the proper grade.

New rotors as well? Dust could be from the bed-in process of new pads and the transfer film being built up on rotor (or you could have a warped rotor, or one that needs resurfacing.) If dust doesn't subside in the coming weeks look at another alternative.

I had the same problem with my 02 V6. The drivers rim was covered in break dust. after a while I finally took it apart and looked at it. One of the pistons was sticking and causing it to constantly rub.
