Where is the fuse box and where do i plug my OBD scanner?

Title of the thread says it all, I have no clue where the fuse box is on my sn95.when I hit my lock/unlock button the locks don't move and the windows still do, and when I turn the wipers on the dont work unless I push the fluid squirter that's when they work.

And I have no clue where to hook up my OBD scanner to the car...
Any help is awesome guys thanks..

both of those are under the dashboard on the drivers side, the fuse panel is on the door side, the OBD port is on the center console side. The OBD scanner should simply plug in.

Also, I'd recommend getting one of the repair manuals, they're worth their weight in gold.
