Need to replace this... Connects to the CAI but I need to know what it's called.

Looks like it is part of your pcv system.

Yea but does it have a proper name or is it just a PCV hose??

Those are two different parts. The first is a grommet for your pcv valve. The second pic is a hose that connects your pcv tube to your intake tube, like 1/2inch or 5/8 heater hose.

So the first pic is just a heater hose?
