What is wrong with my rearend?
#1
I have a 2000 GT Coupe. I was driving out of a yield lane that was on a SLIGHT hill. The incoming traffic had a red-light, so I pulled out slowly and took my time. When I took the SLIGHT bend in the lane, my car went completely sideways, aka 90 degrees. I was in 2nd and going roughly 20-25. I felt my rearend skip or hop dramatically when I was going sideways. As I was going sideways, I continued down the street forward. I straightened it out, but it was really scary and just out of the blue. This car has 1" Lowering Eibach springs front and back. I recently replaced the tires. The suspension, other than the springs, have NEVER been replaced, so in other words, it's stock. Diagnosis please.

Defintely get it on a lift to have someone who knows what they are looking at take a look. You may have a control arm in not so good shape or something.

That is a nominee for funniest topic to see " what is wrong with my rear end" lol sounds like a question my girlfriend would ask.
